    A quick summer salad. Chickpeas, tomatoes and cucumbers. Delish! Ingredients a can of chickpeas 2 tomatoes 1 cucumber 1/3 cup of olive/grape seed oil – you can use just evoo if you like. 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon of oregano 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt dash of salt Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
