Recipe: Jalapeño Cilantro Cream Cheese Sauce

Jalapeno Cilantro Cream Cheese Sauce: 3ten.ca

Jalapeño cilantro cream cheese sauce is the perfect summer sauce to bring heat to hot dogs, chicken, or even corn on the cob. It’s fresh, light and packs just the right amount of heat. Buy ripe peppers and fresh cilantro. Okay, let’s get started on this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 jalapeños
  • 1 cup of cilantro
  • 4oz of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 dashes of white vinegar

First, wash and gather all of your ingredients.

Depending on your desired heat level, you can deseed the jalapeños or leave the seeds in. The first time I made this recipe I left them all in and it was just a tad too much. Next time, I think I’ll deseed one or two of the jalapeños.
