Recipe: 1-2-3 Dough

  • 3 parts flour (1 cup)
  • 2 parts fat (1/2 cup butter)
  • 1 part water (1/3 cup water)
  • Want to make it a bit sweet - add 2 tablespoons of sugar
  1. Make sure the butter is room temperature - mix small chunks of the butter in with the flour and then slowly add in the water.
  2. Roll into a ball and then flatten on a floured surface into the shape you need it in.
  3. Bake up and enjoy!
