Recipe: Garlic Herb Boursin Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 pounds of Yukon potatoes
  • ½ a pack each of Bourisn garlic and shallot
  • 4 oz of cream cheese
  • ⅔ of a cup of heavy cream
  • ¼ cup of butter
  • chopped chives
  • salt to taste
  1. First, peel and cut your potatoes.
  2. Then, dice evenly and add to a salted boiling pot for 20 minutes.
  3. Set the oven to 350 degrees.
  4. In a mixer add everything except the chopped chives. Mix well.
  5. Next, dish out into an oven safe serving dish - bake for 10 minutes until the top is nice an toasty.
  6. Top with the freshly chopped chives and you're all set!
