Recipe: Apple Peanut Butter Burrito

  • 1 apple
  • 2 wraps
  • ½ cup of peanut butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons of chocolate chips
  1. Lay out your wraps. I used smooth peanut butter, but you could use crunchy for extra texture.
  2. Split the peanut butter between the two. Don't go too close to the edges, or you'll make a mess when rolling and eating it.
  3. Slice the apple into thin sections and lay evenly over the peanut buttered wrap.
  4. For a bit of a kick - who doesn't love a tad of caffeine in the morning?? Add some chocolate chips. They add some crunch, a bit of a pick-me-up, but also they are a little treat.
  5. Now, roll it up carefully!
