Recipe: Chicken Wing Dip

  • 8oz of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of wing sauce - I used Franks Buffalo Wing sauce
  • ¾ cup of blue cheese dressing
  • 200g of poached and shredded chicken
  • a cup of crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
  • salt and pepper
  1. First, as always, gather all of your ingredients together.
  2. Next - measure out your hot sauce and blue cheese.
  3. Put all of your ingredients, except for the chicken, in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. While that is baking, cook the chicken. I poached mine and then pulled it apart into pieces. Once the baking of the dip is done, take it out, stir, and then add in the chicken.
  5. Put it back in the oven for about 10 minutes, and you're done!
  6. Eat with carrots and celery for that ultimate wing experience! Or with chips...anything you like to dip will work. It keeps in the fridge for about 4 days.
