Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of salted butter
  • 1 bag of mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons of vanilla
  • 1/2 a cup of natural peanut butter
  • 6 cups of gluten free cheerios

Instructions

  • First, gather all of your ingredients. Oh, and taste a few marshmallows for quality control.
  • Next, get a very large pot and melt the butter on low.
  • Add in all the marshmallows and keep stirring with a wooden spoon until they are all melted.
  • Mix in the vanilla and the peanut butter. Keep the pot on the burner and be sure it's very low heat.
  • Add in the 6 cups of gluten free cheerios and stir. Remove from heat. Combine so that all the cheerios are covered in the peanut butter marshmallow mix.
  • Press the mixture into a 9x13 well greased pan and cool for 2-3 hours in the fridge.
  • Cut and eat. They are pretty tasty, especially if you like cheerios, which I love!
