Swiss Chard Hummus Wraps
Swiss chard hummus wraps are so delicious and healthy, not to mention, gluten free. Oh, and the best part is that they keep for a few days in the fridge because there really isn’t anything to wilt or get mushy. Overall, they are tasty!

- 6 swiss chard leaves
- 1/2 a cucumber
- 1 carrot
- about 1 cup of roughly chopped red cabbage
- 1 container of spicy hummus
First, gather all of your ingredients.
Next, wash the swiss chard and be sure it's nice and dry. The excess moisture won't do well for keeping them for tomorrow's lunch.
Wash the carrot and the cucumber and then cut them into thin strips. With the cucumber, if you're making them ahead of time, but sure to take out the middle.
Lay out the swiss chard and top with a generous helping of hummus.
Top with the cabbage, carrots and cucumber.
Time to roll it up. For lunch the next day I roll the up in packing paper and parchment paper. They just look cute that way. That's it, that's all - done!
