Steak fries on this fabulous Friday. Why steak fries? Because I love potatoes and they are chunk and will hold up to the juices of a steak, not that I eat steak. Oh, and the steak spices. These fries are similar to the baked fries I made a while ago. Yet, these ones have the skin on them still – extra nutrients!

3large baking potatoes
2tablespoonsof steak spice
4tablespoonsof olive oil
Instructions
Set the oven to 400 degrees on bake and get your ingredients ready.
Wash the potatoes and dry them well. Cut them in large chunky strips - keep the skin on them. Get out a towel and dry off all of the wedges.
Toss them in a bowl with the olive oil and the steak spice. Ensure it's all mixed well.
Lay them out on a baking sheet evenly - you want them all to cook uniformly.
Bake for 22-27 minutes, flipping half way through.
Done! Time to eat up these steak fries - they are so good.
