Ingredients

  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup of nut chunks I used almonds and pecans
  • handful of cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon of skor pieces

Instructions

  • Gather all of your ingredient - time to make some chocolate money, I mean coins.
  • First, melt your chocolate. While it's melting get out some parchment paper for you to make your coins on.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, spoon it out into loonie-sized coins. Then, top with chopped nut pieces, cranberries and skor pieces. I did about 5 at a time, so the chocolate didn't harden on me.
  • That's it. Keep going until all the chocolate is used up. Let them sit for about 1 hour - they will harden faster in the fridge if you're in a rush. Then, pack up and you're all set! We portion them about into packs of 5-6, otherwise we might just eat them all.
