Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of salted butter
  • 1/4 cup of brown and white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 3/4 cup of flour
  • 1/4 cup of cake flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon of fuchsia food gel

Instructions

  • First - gather all of your ingredients and get your mixer ready.
  • Cream the butter and sugars.
  • Then add in the egg and vanilla.
  • Next, add in the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Once the ingredients are mixed, add in a bit of the gel food colouring. Mix well.
  • Add in the white chocolate chips.
  • Spoon out the batter into one inch balls - bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes. Cool and plate.
