Ingredients

  • 1 cup of melted salted butter
  • 2 cups of honey graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of smooth peanut butter
  • a tablespoon of vanilla
  • 2 - 2 1/2 cups of chocolate chips

Instructions

  • First - gather all of your ingredients.
  • Mix together the first 6 ingredients - ensure that all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Now, spoon out the mixture onto a cookie sheet that has an edge.
  • While you're doing that, melt the chocolate chips in either a double boiler (this is what I recommend) or in the microwave at half the power. Be careful not to burn them.
  • Now, pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture.
  • Work quickly and spread it all around.
  • Let them sit in the fridge for 2 hours. Take out and cut. Now eat.
