Easter is less than 2 weeks away – what does that mean? Time for Easter treats! Let’s bake up this Easter cake mix cookie cake.

Ingredients

  • 1 white cake mix box
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of canola oil
  • 6 vanilla girl guide cookies
  • 2/3 cup of pastel peanut M&Ms

Instructions

  • First - get all your ingredients together and mix the first 3 in a large bowl.
  • Next - chop up your girl guide cookies into 4-6 pieces. Mix in 2/3s of the cookie chunks.
  • Mix in just over half of the M&Ms and then spoon it into a well buttered pie dish. Then, press in the remaining cookie chunks and M&Ms.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes...until the edges are golden brown.
  • Let it cool for about 45 minutes to an hour.
