Mango Roll-up Snack

Fruit is always a good snack, but sometimes it’s not so much fun to eat. This recipe turns mango into a fun roll-up snack! I’m sure you’ve seen the long post on Pinterest about mango fruit roll-ups – this one is a tad different – has more balance as far as flavour, but doesn’t compromise the natural fruit goal.

Ingredients

  • 3 mango
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  • First - peel and cut the mango into chunks.
  • Next - put them in your Vitamix and puree. This will take a bit and you might have to push down the mango with the 'plunger' your blender comes with.
  • Next - add the agave syrup and the salt. Mix thoroughly.
  • Lay out some parchment paper on a baking sheet. Pour the puree on the lined baking sheet.
  • Spread the mix evenly over the parchment paper as you want it to cook evenly. Bake at 170 degrees for 4 hours.
  • Grab your pizza roller and cut into 10 pieces. Done!
