Asian Slaw with Vinaigrette

This slaw is so tasty – it packs some flavour in a small bite. Plus, it’s has great texture and works well in your lunch the next day – Bonus!!

Ingredients

  • 1 broccoli slaw bag
  • 1 cabbage slaw bag
  • 2 carrots - shredded
  • Vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 1/2 - 1 tablespoon of sriracha
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seed oil and brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of water and peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons of peanuts crushed

Instructions

  • First - shredded all your cabbage, broccoli, and carrots - set aside.
  • Mix in all the vinaigrette ingredients together - mix well and ensure the peanut butter is well blended.
  • If you're having trouble, put it in your food processor and then add the peanuts at the end.
  • Taste it. Good? Ya, I thought so!
  • Once everything is shredded, toss in the vinaigrette - cover everything well.
