Asian Slaw with Vinaigrette
This slaw is so tasty – it packs some flavour in a small bite. Plus, it’s has great texture and works well in your lunch the next day – Bonus!!

- 1 broccoli slaw bag
- 1 cabbage slaw bag
- 2 carrots - shredded
- Vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1/2 - 1 tablespoon of sriracha
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seed oil and brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of water and peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons of peanuts crushed
First - shredded all your cabbage, broccoli, and carrots - set aside.
Mix in all the vinaigrette ingredients together - mix well and ensure the peanut butter is well blended.
If you're having trouble, put it in your food processor and then add the peanuts at the end.
Taste it. Good? Ya, I thought so!
Once everything is shredded, toss in the vinaigrette - cover everything well.
