What’s for dinner? Short Ribs!
Sunday dinners are usually a family tradition…what better thing to cook tonight than short ribs?! It’s winter and they will warm your belly.
The pack of ribs that I got is 2 pounds, so it’ll feed 2-3 people.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of short ribs
  • 1/2 cup of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 3 tablespoons of raw brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic

Instructions

  • Mix all the sauce ingredients together and then dice two white onions.
  • I cook mine in our crock pot. If you don't have one, you could put them in a casserole dish and use the oven. Put the onions on the bottom, place in the ribs, top with steak spice and then pour over the sauce.
  • Cook on high for 2 hours and then on low for an additional 1.5 hours.
  • Quick and easy crock pot short ribs. They are falling off the bone...so good!
