Stuffed Turkey Burgers
Turkey burgers are so good – and much healthier than beef. Want to add some fat and some goodness? Stuff em’!!

- 1 pound of ground turkey
- 1 onion
- 2 jalapeños
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cup cheddar cheese and monterey jack cheese
First - sauté the onions, garlic and jalapeños. In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with your favourite BBQ sauce. Then, add in the sautéed onion, garlic and jalapeños.
I like to mix in a bit of the cheese into the mixture before making the patties. When you start making the patties, you need to make a little crater to stuff the cheese into!
Stuff away and top with another patty.
Grill or bake in the oven until fully cooked.
