First up, make the sauce. Or, use store bought if needed.
Next, marinate the chicken for at least 3 hours - store in the fridge.
Once the chicken drumsticks have marinated long enough, light up the BBQ until it’s nice and hot. Then, turn it down to medium.
Cook each side for about 5-7 minutes each. Yet, turn often so you don’t burn them. The BBQ sauce has sugar in it – and most do – which means there is a pretty good likelihood that it could burn black. Be sure to keep an eye on the drumsticks.
Once they’re up to temp (165) pull them off the BBQ and eat up. Eat with corn and cabbage salad, or roasted potatoes. Oh, how I love potatoes.
