First, mix the bottom 7 ingredients - all but the chicken.
Add in the chicken chunks and ensure they're all covered. Marinade overnight, or at least 4 hours.
Grab your skewers. If you're cooking them on the BBQ, then be sure you've soaked the skewers. For me, I'm using a cast iron skillet.
On medium heat, let your skillet get hot and then drop in the skewers and cook each side for 3-4 minutes until all 4 sides are done.
