Set the oven to 410 degrees on bake and put the prepared pizza crust in for 7-9 minutes.
Now, let's prepare the sauce - this is going to be a black bean sauce that's rich in flavour. Get out your food processor and rise the can of black beans.
In the food processor mix the black beans, cumin, paprika, cilantro and water. Mix for about 2 minutes then add in your splash of lime juice. Pulse a few times.
Once the sauce is done, time to roast the corn. In a pan with a dash of oil roast the corn and chili powder. Heat through. Once the pizza is done it's first round of cooking, it's time to build the pizza.
Spoon out the bean sauce onto the crust.
Top with the roasted corn.
Finish with cheese and bake for another 12-15 minutes.
Top with fresh avocado and you're done!
Time to eat - doesn't it look so good? Cut a slice and eat up.
