Cilantro Lime Chili Dressing

Cilantro lime chili dressing is the perfect amount of heat on a summer salad. This dressing is one of my favourites and I’m excited to share it with you. I eat this dressing on quinoa salad, avocado and egg salad, or even bean and corn salad. Heck, I might even try it on corn on the cob, it’s that good. Best made fresh, so keep a stock of cilantro on hand.

Ingredients

  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 50 ml of lime juice - fresh
  • 3/4 of a cup of chopped cilantro lose
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • large pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Be sure you chop the cilantro up, but not too finely. You want chunks for sure.
  • Put all of the ingredients into your dressing shaker.
  • Shake away.
  • Done - time to dress the salad.
