Whoopie Pies
Whoopie pies from the chocolate cake cookie recipe I shared a couple of weeks ago. They are the perfect chocolate cake cookies, yet turning them into whoopie pies is so much fun! This recipe is for the filling – let’s get started!

Ingredients
- chocolate cake cookies
- 1 cup of salted butter - room temperature
- 2 cups of icing sugar
- 1 container of marshmallow fluff
- 3 teaspoons of vanilla
Instructions
- First - be sure you've got your chocolate cake cookies ready to go.
- Next, time for the filling - gather all of your ingredients.
- Beat the butter for about 2 minutes. Then, add in the sugar. Beat for another 2 minutes. Add the fluff and vanilla. Whisk for about 1 minute.
- Look how fluffy the filling is! So awesome.
- Fill a pastry bag and let's get ready to pipe up those chocolate cake cookies.
