First, get your chilies.
Next, measure our all of your ingredients.
Soak the chilis in the 1/2 cup of hot water for about 10 minutes.
While that's soaking, clean up your turkey and get it ready on its roasting pan.
In your blender or food processor, put in all the chilis and about 1/2 the soaking liquid. Add in the rest of the ingredients - the chopped garlic, cumin and bread crumbs.
Pulse until well mixed.
Now, smother your whole turkey in the wet chili rub. Work it in! Then cook like normal.
Done - it's spicy and full of flavour. Cut up and serve.
