First - gather all of your ingredients and set the oven to 375.
Next, mix together the oats, flax seeds, cinnamon and baking soda. Combine well.
Then, add in the peanut butter and the egg. Mix well.
Lastly, add in the bananas, agave and the vanilla. Mix the batter so it's all combined.
Let the batter sit for about 3 minutes. While it's sitting, take your butter and grease up your muffin tins.
Spoon in the batter and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Done!
They don't rise a lot, so if you want them to be super high muffins, then fill them right to the brim.
Let them sit in the tins for about 7-9 more minutes and then eat or pack up in the fridge.
