Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of natural peanut butter
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of dark agave syrup
  • 3/4 cup of quick oats
  • 2 tablespoons of flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

Instructions

  • First - gather all of your ingredients and set the oven to 375.
  • Next, mix together the oats, flax seeds, cinnamon and baking soda. Combine well.
  • Then, add in the peanut butter and the egg. Mix well.
  • Lastly, add in the bananas, agave and the vanilla. Mix the batter so it's all combined.
  • Let the batter sit for about 3 minutes. While it's sitting, take your butter and grease up your muffin tins.
  • Spoon in the batter and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  • Done!
  • They don't rise a lot, so if you want them to be super high muffins, then fill them right to the brim.
  • Let them sit in the tins for about 7-9 more minutes and then eat or pack up in the fridge.
