As usual, first up, gather all of your ingredients.
Cream the butter, cream cheese, and sugars.
Add in the vanilla and then slowly add in the flour. Mix well. Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
Press the dough into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper.
Time for the chocolate peanut butter topping. In a microwaveable safe container melt the chocolate chips and the peanut butter together.
Pour over the dough and smooth it out evenly. Store in the fridge for 2 hours.
