Cookie dough bars. Yes! I made protein cookie dough bars a while back, yet these are the real deal. 100% treat. Trust me, they are good.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of salted butter
  • 4 oz of cream cheese
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of white sugar
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 2 cups of chocolate chips dough
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips topping
  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter

Instructions

  • As usual, first up, gather all of your ingredients.
  • Cream the butter, cream cheese, and sugars.
  • Add in the vanilla and then slowly add in the flour. Mix well. Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Press the dough into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Time for the chocolate peanut butter topping. In a microwaveable safe container melt the chocolate chips and the peanut butter together.
  • Pour over the dough and smooth it out evenly. Store in the fridge for 2 hours.
  • Cut and eat. These are quite sweet, so be ready. Eat up and enjoy.
