First up, get your pomegranate ready.
The easiest way to do this is to fill a large bowl with water and then break up the pomegranate in the water. The seeds (the good stuff) will sink to the bottom while all the rhine will float to the top.
You can use a spoon to skim off the top.
Cube up the feta, the whole avocado, and about 3/4 of the apple.
Mix the dressing - be sure to do this well, so it doesn't separate.
Pour the dressing over the arugula and toss.
Then, dish out the dressed arugula into each bowl and top with avocado, apple, feta, cranberries, pecans and pomegranate seeds.
Time to eat - you can eat before you clean up, I won't tell!
