Cookie sandwich. Why not? About a week ago I made chocolate snicker cookies because the cake mix was on sale. Well, here we go again. It’s nice to make a little treat with a few quarters, right? Ya, for sure! These are easy and simple. One drawback, the chocolate squishes out if you press to hard on your cookie sandwich. Still tastes great, though!
