Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 3/4 cup of cake flour
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 2 cups of granulated sugar
  • 5 large eggs
  • 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups of milk

Instructions

  • First - gather all of your ingredients and set the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Then, mix the flours, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together.
  • Cream the butter and sugar together.
  • Then add the eggs and vanilla.
  • Next, slowly add in the flour and milk - alternating bit by bit.
  • Spoon out into lined muffin tins and bake for 17-19 minutes.
  • Top with whipping cream and eat.
