- 1 cup of peanut butter smooth or crunchy
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 a cup to roll
- 1/2 of dark chocolate chips you can use milk if you like
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Once you've got all of your ingredients together, mix them in a large bowl - ensure it's all mixed well.
Roll the cookie mixture into 1 inch balls - then roll in a little bowl of sugar.
Then, put on a baking sheet and push flat a bit.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes - then let them cool.
Once they cool, eat up.
