Baked Apple Chips

Again with the apples. This time, baked apple chips.
Not only are they easy to make, they are a delightfully light snack. You’ll eat them up.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 apples
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons of sugar

Instructions

  • Set the oven to 275 degrees - let it heat up.
  • First - wash your apples. Cut them at thinly as possible. You can core them if you like, however, I didn't. The core leaves a little crunch and texture. Pat them dry and lay them down on a baking sheet that's covered in parchment paper. Sprinkle on the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  • You want the apples lightly dusted with the cinnamon and sugar...not drowning in it. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Turn them over. Bake for 1 more hour until they are crispy.
  • Done!
