Ingredients
2cupquinoa
4cupswaterto make the quinoa
1/4tspsalt
3cupsof coleslawI just grab a bag - no dressing
1yellow and orange pepper chopped
half a red onion chopped
1/2cupshredded carrots
handful of cilantro chopped
8green onions chopped
Dressing
1/2cupof soy sauce
2tablespoonsof sesame oil
2tablespoonsof rice wine vinegar
4tablespoonsesame seeds
1/2tablespoonof red pepper flakes
Instructions
First - gather all of your ingredients together.
Then, chop the peppers and onions and set aside.
Shred the carrots and chop the cilantro and set aside, too.
Mix all of the dressing ingredients together.
Once the quinoa is cooked and cooled, mix all of the salad ingredients together.
Pour the dressing on and mix well. Then...you're done! Eat up - it's so good - full of flavour.
