Cookies 'n Cream Marshmallow Squares

Ingredients

  • 15 Oreo cookies
  • 2.5 cups of mini-marshmallows
  • 1/2 a stick of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla optional

Instructions

  • First - crush your Oreo cookies. I made this recipe with regular Oreo cookies and then with golden Oreo cookies. Both were great!
  • Now, time for the marshmallow puff. Put your marshmallows in a microwaveable bowl and push in the stick of butter. Watch it and remove once it starts to puff up.
  • Quickly stir the marshmallows until mix and then add in your vanilla.
  • Then, as fast as you can so the marshmallow doesn't set again, stir in the Oreo goodness and then pour into a pan lined with tinfoil - yes, tinfoil.
  • Let it sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours - cut and eat.
