Ingredients

  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of wing sauce - I used Franks Buffalo Wing sauce
  • 3/4 cup of blue cheese dressing
  • 200 g of poached and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup of crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • First, as always, gather all of your ingredients together.
  • Next - measure out your hot sauce and blue cheese.
  • Put all of your ingredients, except for the chicken, in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • While that is baking, cook the chicken. I poached mine and then pulled it apart into pieces. Once the baking of the dip is done, take it out, stir, and then add in the chicken.
  • Put it back in the oven for about 10 minutes, and you're done!
  • Eat with carrots and celery for that ultimate wing experience! Or with chips...anything you like to dip will work. It keeps in the fridge for about 4 days.
