First - gather your ingredients and mix your batter.
Drop in the pancake mix into a warm pan - keep an eye on them.
While the first ones are cooking (they always take the longest) get out a small dish and melt the butter.
In a bigger, yet low bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
When the pancakes are done, put them on a plate.
Brush with the melted butter and then dip in the churro mixture.
Be sure to coat both sides! Done.
