Banana, PB, & Protein Bites

I’ve had a few recipes in the last few days that are directed towards breakfast – and I have another to share! Although, this isn’t necessarily for breakfast, it’s certainly a great option.
Bananas, oats, peanut butter, protein powder, and a few chocolate chips. What’s not to love?! Let’s get baking these banana pb protein bites.
These bites (or cookies, if you wish) are filling and pack a healthy punch.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of quick oats
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
  • 2 scoops of protein powder

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together really well. I find that mixing by hand is best for this recipe - in the mixer it sticks too much to the sides and I end up having to mix it by hand anyway.
  • Roll into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes (until slightly golden on top).
  • Take them out of the oven...let them cool...eat!
