  • 1 apple
  • 2 wraps
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons of chocolate chips


  • Lay out your wraps. I used smooth peanut butter, but you could use crunchy for extra texture.
  • Split the peanut butter between the two. Don't go too close to the edges, or you'll make a mess when rolling and eating it.
  • Slice the apple into thin sections and lay evenly over the peanut buttered wrap.
  • For a bit of a kick - who doesn't love a tad of caffeine in the morning?? Add some chocolate chips. They add some crunch, a bit of a pick-me-up, but also they are a little treat.
  • Now, roll it up carefully!
