Nutella Stuffed Cupcakes

Love nutella? Love chocolate cupcakes? Well, here’s a treat for you!
This morning I felt like baking, but no way my husband was going to eat 24 mini cupcakes and 6 full size ones – so I baked away and brought them to my gym – the staff were super happy!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cake mix box plus ingredients to make
  • 1 cup nutella
  • 1 box of chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • The secret to this recipe - it's quick. The trick, however, is that the pudding mix makes the cake mix taste like homemade...trickery!
  • Mix all the ingredients together - except for the Nutella and white chocolate chips.
  • Fill the cupcake liners 1/2 way with the batter - add in a dollop of Nutella - then fill and top off with a few while chocolate chips.
  • Now - bake in the oven according to the cake mix box. 350 degrees, usually, for about 10-20 minutes (the little ones take less than the full size ones, but you knew that already!). Eat up!
