Chewy Cranberry Cookies

Servings: 36 cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups of flour
- 1 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries and white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup of chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar and white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Instructions
- First - mix the first 7 ingredients together in a bowl.
- Then, add in the egg, butter, and the vanilla. Mix well.
- Roll in to 1 inch balls.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool then eat!
