Make your cake and be sure to fill your liners to the top...makes for big cupcakes!

Time to make the icing!

Beat the above ingredients until well mixed. Add 3 drops of red for every 1 drop of blue food colouring. Stop when your purple is deep enough.

Ice the cupcakes once they are cooled and then top with sprinkles. Eat up and enjoy.
