No Bake Ice Cream Cake

This is such a fun easy treat – no baking required and it keeps for about 5 days in the freezer (as long as it’s wrapped up in plastic wrap).  Nice on a summer day or on a cold winter day when you’re going to have hot chocolate and pie!

Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 container of Cool Whip
  • 1 pack of chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups of milk as per pudding directions
  • your favourite chocolate bars - 2 of them Toblerone
  • Skor chips
  • Reese Minis - or any mini chocolate candy

Instructions

  • Make pudding and be sure to let it fully cool off - if not, it will deflate the Cool Whip.
  • Mix together Skor chips, Reese minis, and chunks of your favourite chocolate bar.
  • Then stir in the Cool Whip and then stir in the cool pudding - like I said before, be sure the pudding is totally cooled off.
  • Fill the pie crust to the max.  Sometimes I have extra filling and I like to put it into our at home popsicle mold...so good!
  • Freeze and enjoy in about 3 hours.....eat it up!
