Kale Chips
Kale Chips – have you ever had Kale? It’s a complete Super Food, for sure. I dislike it raw (far to fibrous) so cooking it like chips is a little treat.

- 1 bunch of kale
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1-1.5 tablespoon of seasoning chile flakes, chipotle, even chicken and ribs seasoning works well!
Wash, rinse and dry the kale.
Toss the kale in the olive oil, salt and seasoning.
Lay flat on a baking sheet (make sure you only have 1 layer, otherwise the kale gets soggy).
Bake at 375 for 14-18 minutes or until edges are dark and crispy.
Eat right away and enjoy!
