Kale Chips

Kale Chips – have you ever had Kale? It’s a complete Super Food, for sure. I dislike it raw (far to fibrous) so cooking it like chips is a little treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1-1.5 tablespoon of seasoning chile flakes, chipotle, even chicken and ribs seasoning works well!

Instructions

  • Wash, rinse and dry the kale.
  • Toss the kale in the olive oil, salt and seasoning.
  • Lay flat on a baking sheet (make sure you only have 1 layer, otherwise the kale gets soggy).
  • Bake at 375 for 14-18 minutes or until edges are dark and crispy.
  • Eat right away and enjoy!
