Summer Spinach and Berry Salad
Summery salad full of goodness. Perfect for the backyard BBQ or a week night meal.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of blueberries
- 2 cups of strawberries
- 1 bunch spinach
- 1 cup of brazil nuts
- lemon poppy seed dressing
Instructions
- wash all the berries
- wash the spinach
- cut the strawberries in quarters
- smash the brazil nuts
- mix everything together
- toss with the dressing
- eat
