Ingredients

  • 1 whole lemon
  • 4 bags of passion tea
  • 16 oz of boiling water
  • 1 litre of filtered cold water

Instructions

  • First, boil your water – I usually use filtered water to let the full flavour of the tea (or coffee, when I make it) come through.
  • Once you’ve got your water boiled, add 16oz of it to a coffee cup or a container that can handle super-duper hot water that has the 4 passion tea bags set inside. Let the tea steep for about 6 minutes.
  • When the tea is steeped, take out the bags and pour the warmish liquid into a 1 litre + container. Then, fill with a litre of cold filtered water.
  • Thinly slice the lemon and add them in. Let it sit in the fridge for about 4 hours and then drink up. It’ll last for about 3 days, yet you’ll probably drink it all before then!
