- 2 tablespoons of canola oil
- 3/4 cup of popcorn pop it
- 2 tablespoons of salted butter
- 1/2 cup of powered sugar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
First, pop up your popcorn.
While that’s popping, melt the butter and whisk in the powered sugar and vanilla. Do keep an eye on the popcorn, though. Make sure you shake the pan back and forth until it starts popping, and don’t let it burn.
Then, once the popcorn is done, get out a big bowl and drizzle the coating on, ensuring you toss and stir it often – that way you maximize the coverage.
Then, serve up in dishes.
