Toast toppings are the best – the perfect way to enjoy lunch or breakfast. Today I’ll share with you four of my favourite toast toppings. I know the avocado toast thing has been around for a while, yet it’s just oh-so good. Okay, let’s get started!

- 4 slices of gluten free bread
- 1 avocado
- 20 g of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of natural nut butter
- 6 oz of roasted chicken
- 2 strawberries
- 3 oz of feta cheese crumbles
- 2 oz of diced red onion
- 8 cucumber slices
- franks red hot sauce
- alfalfa sprouts
- balsamic vinegar
- cracked black pepper
Okay - gather all of your ingredients and get your prep area set.
Toast the gluten free bread. At this house we have the Wolf 4 slice toaster, so we get to enjoy our food all at the same time. No need for someone's toast to get cold while the other is waiting, right?
Lay out your toast and get ready to assemble.
First, spread on the avocado, cheese or butter and then top away.
Stack them high - it's time to enjoy.
