Banana Pancakes

Banana pancakes on this fine Sunday morning. Not only are these quick and easy, they are heathy and filling. Time to get that breakfast going – make the whole house smell like perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • about 2 1/2 cups of oats
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

Instructions

  • First, gather all of your ingredients.
  • Next, mix the eggs with the cinnamon.
  • Then, add in the bananas.
  • Slowly add in the oats about 1/2 a cup at a time. You're looking for a just thick batter...not too thick and certainly not runny. It will depend on if you use quick oats or not.
  • In a hot pan add some oil and fry up the banana pancakes.
  • Cook about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Serve with peanut butter and blueberries, or whatever you're in the mood for and eat!
