Banana Donuts – they are light and fluffy – the perfect quick bite in the morning for breakfast or for a late morning snack. Either way, you need to bake up and try these!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of salted butter
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 3/4 cup of flour
  • 1/4 cup of cake flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup of high fat sour cream

Instructions

  • First - gather your ingredients.
  • Then, cream the sugar and the butter.
  • Slowly add in the dry ingredients.
  • Last, mix in the bananas and sour cream. Mix well.
  • Fill the donut pan - but not too high - about 1/2 way at most.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
  • Take them out and let them cool for about 10 minutes before you try and remove them from the pan.
