- 1 stick of salted butter
- 1/2 cup of white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 3/4 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of cake flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 small ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup of high fat sour cream
First - gather your ingredients.
Then, cream the sugar and the butter.
Slowly add in the dry ingredients.
Last, mix in the bananas and sour cream. Mix well.
Fill the donut pan - but not too high - about 1/2 way at most.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Take them out and let them cool for about 10 minutes before you try and remove them from the pan.
