Ingredients

  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup of agave syrup
  • 1/3 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions

  • First - gather all of your ingredients. Oh, the peanut butter...my husband loves peanut butter. So good.
  • Okay...another thing that makes this recipe awesome - I make it in my blender. Yup. Vitamix all the way. Add in this order and it'll work: agave, then peanut butter, then cocoa powder and finally bananas. You may have to push the mix down a bit, but it'll work. Blend until well mixed.
  • Set the oven to 350 degrees. Fill liners. These re-useable silicon liners are amazing. A sweet Christmas gift from my mom - they work wonders on these little muffins. Just a note, the muffins won't grow or puff up, so be sure to push in the mix. Bake for 12-17 minutes. Top with the chocolate chips and done!
