The recipe is for two people β so make as much as you like according to how many people you have. I always find breakfast the most difficult meal to make for a group, this recipe puts that worry to rest.

Ingredients
2ripe avocados
3eggsI used 4 and then had too much left over
2/3cupof old cheddar cheese - shredded
drizzle of sriracha
dash of cumin and chili powder
Instructions
First - gather your ingredients.
Next - take out the pit of the avocados and scoop out a bit extra and either toss it or eat it.
Crack the eggs. Whisk the eggs.
Add in 1/2 the shredded cheese and the cumin and chili powder.
Pour into the pitted avocado.
Top with the other half of the shredded cheese and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
