Canada Day Dipped Wafers

Dipped Wafers…again, I know. They are just too good to not make a few times a year, at least. Moreover, I just got my great-grandmother’s double boiler. It’s adorable…and I needed a reason to use it! Time for Canada day dipped wafers.

Ingredients

 • 24 vanilla wafers or any flavour, really
 • 1.5 cup white chocolate or dark, would work, too
 • 0.5 cup sprinkles you need these

Instructions

 • Get all of your ingredients together - for this special celebration we've got white chocolate and red sprinkles - proud to be Canadian! You probably remember these from St. Patrick's Day...today, however, it's time to rock the red and white. Get the double boiler ready.
 • Break up the wafers and dip in the white chocolate (or use a small fork/spoon to coat the end of the wafer).
 • Now sprinkle it up!! Place on parchment paper to set. You're done! Put them in the fridge and eat in about 30 minutes.
